What AQL standard do you work to, and how is bulk production inspected?

AQL 2.5 for major defects and 4.0 for minor defects. In-line checks run during bulk production and a final inspection is done before packing; the report and photos go to the buyer before shipment.

How long is sampling and bulk lead time when a custom logo is required?

Sampling takes 3-7 days from our in-house sample room, extended to 7-15 days when logo or hardware tooling is needed. Bulk production is 35 days, repeat orders 25 days. 30% deposit, 70% before shipment.

Do you handle export shipping and documentation for EU and US buyers?

Yes. We ship by air or sea on FOB or CIF terms, with commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin prepared by our export team; the forwarder can be buyer-nominated or arranged by us.
