What is your MOQ, and can you match our own Pantone colours?

MOQ is 100 pcs per style per colour. Pantone matching is available on both the woven PP straw panels and the PU trim; lab dips are submitted for approval before counter sampling starts.

How long does sampling and bulk production take with a custom logo?

Sampling runs 3-7 days from our in-house sample room. Logo moulds or custom hardware add tooling time, so sampling becomes 7-15 days. Bulk production is 35 days, reorders 25 days. Terms: 30% deposit, 70% before shipment.

How do you control quality before shipment?

Inline and final inspection follow AQL 2.5 for major defects and 4.0 for minor defects. Weave alignment, handle stitching and hardware function are checked piece by piece, and third-party inspection is welcome before shipment.
