Production is inspected to AQL 2.5 for major defects and 4.0 for minor defects. In-line checks cover weave appearance, stitching, strap attachment strength and hardware function, and a pre-shipment inspection report with photos is issued before balance payment.

What are your sample and bulk lead times for this woven shoulder bag?

Samples ship in 3-7 days from our in-house sample room. Allow 7-15 days when custom logo or hardware tooling is involved, as mould making adds time. Bulk production runs 35 days and reorders 25 days, counted in calendar days including material preparation.

How are payment and international shipping handled for bulk orders?

Terms are 30% deposit and 70% before shipment. We ship FOB from China and support express, air and sea freight. Carton marks, packing list and inspection photos are shared before dispatch, and we can work with your nominated forwarder.
