Inspection follows AQL 2.5 for major defects and 4.0 for minor defects, carried out before packing. Reports and detail photos are shared with the buyer for approval before shipment is arranged.

How long do sampling and mass production take?

Sampling takes 3-7 days in our in-house sample room. If a logo mould or custom hardware tooling is needed, sampling takes 7-15 days because of mould making. Bulk production is 35 days; repeat orders are 25 days.

How are payment and international shipping handled?

Terms are 30% deposit with 70% balance before shipment. We arrange sea, air or express freight and quote FOB, CIF or DDP, with export cartons and shipping marks set per buyer instruction.
