What quality control standard applies to bulk orders?

All shipments are inspected to AQL 2.5 for major defects and 4.0 for minor defects before packing. Inspection records and pre-shipment photos are shared for buyer review.

How long do sampling and bulk production take?

Sampling runs 3-7 days from our in-house sample room, or 7-15 days when a custom logo or hardware mould must be opened first. Bulk production is 35 days after deposit and sample approval; repeat orders are 25 days.

Can you ship bulk orders to the US and EU, and who handles customs?

Yes. We ship FOB or DDP by sea, air and express. Export cartons, packing lists and commercial invoices are prepared for customs; HS codes and shipping marks follow your importer's requirements.
