What quality control standards and inspection levels do you apply?

In-line checks plus a final inspection on AQL 2.5 for major defects and 4.0 for minor defects. Third-party inspection by your nominated agent is welcome before shipment.

What are your sampling and bulk production lead times?

Sampling takes 3-7 days; allow 7-15 days when a logo mould or custom hardware tooling is required, as tooling adds time. Bulk production is 35 days, reorder 25 days. MOQ is 100 pcs per style per colour.

How are payment and international shipping handled?

Payment is 30% deposit, 70% before shipment. We ship FOB from China and can arrange air or sea freight, or work with your nominated forwarder. Export packing and documents are prepared per destination.
