What are your QC standards and inspection terms for bulk handbag orders?

Bulk orders are inspected to AQL 2.5 for major defects and 4.0 for minor defects before packing: stitching, hardware function, quilting alignment, zip operation and colour against the approved sample. Third-party inspection is welcome.

How long are sampling and bulk production for this quilted PU bag?

Sampling runs 3-7 days from our in-house sample room. Where logo tooling or custom hardware moulds are required, sampling extends to 7-15 days. Bulk production is 35 days after sample approval and deposit; repeat orders 25 days.

What are your shipping terms for bulk orders to the US and EU?

We ship by sea, air and express courier, FOB or DDP as agreed. Payment is 30% deposit and 70% before shipment. Packing is flat-packed or hang-packed to your retailer's carton spec, with mixed colours combined in one shipment.
