What QC standard do you apply before shipment?

Inline checks during assembly plus a final inspection to AQL 2.5 for major defects and 4.0 for minor defects. Inspection photos and a report are shared before the balance payment is due.

How long for sampling and bulk when a custom logo is required?

Standard sampling runs 3-7 days from our in-house sample room; 7-15 days if a logo or hardware mold must be opened. Bulk production is 35 days, repeat orders 25 days.

What are your MOQ, payment and shipping terms?

MOQ is 100 pcs per style per colour. Payment is 30% deposit, 70% before shipment. We ship FOB, EXW or DDP through nominated forwarders and confirm carton specs before booking.
