Material & Composition

Developed in the Academia Heritage direction, style 57232 is a long, low horizontal baguette bag built on Distressed PU with twin rolled handles and a front belt strap. It is available for private label and custom logo orders from 100 pcs per style per colour.

Construction & Hardware

  • Zip-top opening with a bound mouth that keeps its line when the bag is full.
  • Antique gold-tone belt buckle and handle-crown stud, hand-fixed after stitching.
  • Twin rolled handles, edge-painted and stitched, sit comfortably under the arm.

Carry & Capacity

  • The elongated body holds a long wallet, phone, card case and sunglasses flat.
  • A flat base seam lets the bag stand unaided on a desk or counter.
  • Short handles clear a coat sleeve for office commute and daily use.

What quality standard applies before bulk shipment?

AQL 2.5 for major defects and 4.0 for minor defects, checked on the approved pre-production sample, during bulk production and at final random inspection. Inspection photos and reports are shared before the balance payment.

How long does sampling and bulk production take for a bespoke colour?

Sampling is 3-7 days with our in-house sample room, extended to 7-15 days when a custom logo or hardware mould must be opened. Bulk production is 35 days after deposit and sample approval; repeat orders are 25 days.

Can you handle export shipping to EU and North America?

Yes. Bulk orders ship by sea, air or express depending on volume and deadline, on EXW, FOB or CIF terms. We provide commercial invoice, packing list and HS code, and pack in export-grade cartons with moisture protection.
