What quality control standards do you apply before shipment?

We operate a four-stage QC flow: incoming material check on PU thickness, colour lab-dip approval and 24–48 hour hardware salt-spray testing; inline inspection at 30% and 70% of production; and final random inspection at AQL 2.5 (major) / 4.0 (minor) covering stitching density, flap symmetry, hardware function, edge paint coverage and strap clasp tension. Every carton is weighed and metal-detected, and a full pre-shipment photo and video report is issued. Third-party inspection (SGS, BV, Intertek, QIMA) is welcome at your cost, and we can sign a defective-allowance clause into the contract.

What are your sampling and bulk production lead times?

With stock material, a pre-production sample takes 7–10 working days; custom colour PU, custom hardware or a new ODM pattern takes 12–18 working days. Bulk lead time is 30–40 working days after sample approval and 30% deposit for 500–2,000 pcs, and 45–55 working days above 5,000 pcs or during the August–October peak. A locked delivery window is stated in the PI, with a 5%–10% quantity tolerance per colourway and weekly production photos for orders above 1,000 pcs.

How do you handle export logistics and documentation?

We quote EXW, FOB Ningbo/Shenzhen/Guangzhou, CIF and DDP door delivery. Trial orders ship LCL or by air/express, while repeat orders above 3–5 CBM move FCL to reduce unit freight cost. Standard export packing is 1 pc per polybag, 20–30 pcs per five-layer corrugated carton with desiccant. HS code is 4202.22 (outer surface of plastics) or 4202.12 (outer surface of leather). We supply commercial invoice, packing list, HS declaration, certificate of origin (Form A / FTA) and can support BSCI or Sedex audit documents for retail buyer onboarding.
