What inspection standard applies to woven straw and PU trim bags?

AQL 2.5 for major defects and 4.0 for minor defects, checked against the approved golden sample during in-line and final inspection. Weave density, trim alignment and hardware plating are verified per lot, and a report is issued before shipment.

How long does sampling take if we need a custom logo on the pouch?

3-7 days with our in-house sample room for standard builds. When logo embossing dies or custom hardware tooling are required, sampling runs 7-15 days because the mould has to be cut first. MOQ is 100 pcs per style per colour.

What are the payment terms and shipping arrangements?

30% deposit and 70% before shipment. We ship EXW, FOB or CIF from China, consolidate multiple styles into one carton plan where sizes allow, and provide packing lists and shipping documents for customs clearance.
