Model 58719A from the Maillard Contour line pairs a warm tan body with a lighter front panel, cut on two long curved seams that give the trapezoid silhouette its visual definition. Built for private label programmes that need a clean, structured shape rather than seasonal novelty.

What quality standard do you inspect against before shipment?

AQL 2.5 for major defects and 4.0 for minor defects, checked against the approved pre-production sample and again during bulk inspection. Inspection photos and the report are shared before packing.

What are your sampling and bulk lead times?

Samples take 3-7 days from our in-house sample room, extended to 7-15 days when a custom logo or hardware mould has to be opened. Bulk production runs 35 days, repeat orders 25 days. MOQ is 100 pcs per style per colour.

How do you handle export shipping to EU and US buyers?

Ex-works, FOB or door-to-door by sea and air. We prepare carton markings, barcode labels and export documents, and issue freight quotes per order volume and destination port.
