Which AQL standard do you use for bulk inspection, and can we send a third party?

Major defects follow AQL 2.5 and minor defects AQL 4.0, checked against the approved golden sample. Third-party inspection such as SGS or BV is welcome at your cost, and the report is shared with the shipping documents before loading.

What are the sampling and bulk lead times if we need a custom logo?

Sampling takes 3-7 days from our in-house sample room. If a custom logo requires a new mould or metal die, allow 7-15 days. Bulk production is 35 days from deposit and approved sample, repeat orders 25 days, payment 30% deposit and 70% before shipment.

Can you consolidate mixed styles and colours in one shipment?

Yes. Mixed-style consolidation is accepted against the 100 pcs per style per colour MOQ, with individual colour barcode labels and carton marks. We ship FOB or CIF and coordinate with your nominated forwarder or our own.
