In-line and pre-shipment inspection follow AQL 2.5 for major defects and 4.0 for minor. Weave alignment, binding tension, strap stitching and base reinforcement are checked item by item, with a photo report issued before the balance payment.

How long is sampling and bulk production for a custom logo run?

Sampling runs 3-7 days from our in-house sample room, extended to 7-15 days when logo tooling or custom hardware moulds are required. Bulk production is 35 days, reorder 25 days. Payment is 30% deposit, 70% before shipment.

Can mixed colours be consolidated in one order, and how is shipping arranged?

MOQ is 100 pcs per style per colour, so several colours can be consolidated into one shipment. We ship FOB from South China ports and can quote air or sea freight through your forwarder or our own.
