What is your MOQ, and can we customise the logo and bead trim colours?

MOQ is 100 pcs per style per colour. Custom logo (metal plate, embossing, debossed hardware) and bead or hardware colour changes are available; a logo mould may be required for metal plates.

What are the sampling and bulk lead times for a private label order?

Sampling takes 3-7 days from our in-house sample room. If a logo mould or custom hardware is needed, sampling runs 7-15 days because of tooling. Bulk production is 35 days after sample approval, and repeat orders are 25 days.

How is quality controlled, and how do you ship to EU or US warehouses?

Lots are inspected to AQL 2.5 major / 4.0 minor before packing, and bags are packed flat to reduce carton volume. We arrange FOB or door delivery to EU and US warehouses. Terms: 30% deposit, 70% before shipment.
