Inline inspection runs during cutting, stitching and fraying, plus a final pre-shipment inspection on 100% of cartons. We work to AQL 2.5 for major defects and 4.0 for minor defects, and share inspection reports with photos before shipment.

How long do sampling and bulk production take if we need custom logo hardware?

Samples ship in 3-7 working days from our in-house sample room; allow 7-15 working days when logo or hardware moulds must be opened. Bulk runs take 35 days, repeat orders 25 days. Payment is 30% deposit, 70% before shipment.

Can we mix denim colours in one order and how is freight arranged?

MOQ is 100 pcs per style per colour, so mixed colour orders can be consolidated into a single shipment. We quote EXW, FOB and door-to-door options, and pack hangtags, polybags and carton marks to your routing guide.
