MOQ is 100 pcs per style per colour. A single colourway cannot be split below that unit, but several colourways can be combined in one consolidated shipment.

How long is sampling if I need a custom logo or custom metal hardware?

Samples are made in 3-7 days by our in-house sample room. Where a logo or hardware mould must be opened, allow 7-15 days for tooling before assembly. Bulk runs then take 35 days, repeats 25 days.

How is quality checked before shipment, and what payment terms apply?

In-line and pre-shipment inspection run to AQL 2.5 for major and 4.0 for minor defects, with an inspection report. Terms are 30% deposit and 70% before shipment; we ship FOB, CIF or DDP.
