How do you control quality on lace and sequin panels before shipment?

Final inspection follows AQL 2.5 for major defects and 4.0 for minor defects. Sequin coverage, lace alignment, handle strength and hardware fixing are checked against the approved pre-production sample, and cartons are inspected before loading.

What are the sampling and production lead times for custom logo hardware?

Samples take 3-7 days from our in-house sample room; if a logo plate or custom hardware mould has to be opened, allow 7-15 days. Bulk production is 35 days including material preparation, and repeat orders run 25 days.

Can you ship to EU and US warehouses, and who clears customs?

We quote FOB China and can also arrange CIF, DDP or air express to EU and US addresses. Export documents and carton marks are prepared for your broker; import duty and clearance stay with the buyer unless DDP is agreed.
