What are your quality control standards for bulk PU handbag orders?

Every shipment is inspected to AQL 2.5 for major defects and 4.0 for minor defects. We check stitching, hardware plating, zipper function and colour consistency against the approved sample before packing.

How long do sampling and bulk production take for custom logo orders?

Standard samples take 3-7 days from our in-house sample room. If custom logo or hardware requires a new mould, allow 7-15 days. Bulk production runs 35 days after deposit and sample approval, with repeat orders at 25 days.

Can you ship bulk orders to EU and North America with mixed colourways?

Yes. MOQ is 100 pcs per style per colour, so colourways can be mixed within one order. We ship FOB, CIF or DDP via forwarders experienced in EU and North American customs clearance.
