What We Put in Writing Before You Pay
Anyone can promise. We sign. Each point below appears in our quotation, our proforma invoice, or a signed agreement.
Your design stays yours
We sign an NDA before we receive your tech pack. Your patterns and tooling are never produced for anyone else.
The golden sample is the standard
A sealed golden sample is held by both sides. Anything that deviates from it is corrected at our cost.
Lead times written into the contract
Sample and bulk dates are fixed on the proforma invoice, including material sourcing — not agreed verbally and moved later.
Quality measured, not claimed
AQL 2.5 major / 4.0 minor / 0 critical. If our workmanship fails an inspection, we bear the re-inspection cost.
Sample fee refunded
The sampling fee is credited back against your bulk order once it is placed.

Two Generations. One Factory.
My father started this factory in 2013 with a handful of sewing machines and one rule he never broke: deliver what you promised. I grew up watching him keep that rule with buyers who are still with us today.
I studied in the United States and came home to run the business he built. That means you get both — a factory that has been making bags for over a decade, and someone who understands how Western brands buy: the timelines, the compliance, the way you expect a supplier to communicate.
