Which quality standard applies to bulk production, and how are defects handled?

Goods are checked against AQL 2.5 for major defects and 4.0 for minor defects, with inline inspection during production and a pre-shipment inspection report with photos. Buyer-nominated third-party inspection is welcome before the balance payment.

How long do sampling and bulk production take when a custom logo is required?

Sampling runs 3-7 days from our in-house sample room, extended to 7-15 days when a logo mould or custom hardware tooling is required. Bulk production is 35 days including material preparation; reorders run 25 days.

What payment and shipping terms do you work with for EU and US orders?

30% deposit, 70% before shipment. We ship FOB from our base port and support sea, air and express consolidation; buyer-appointed forwarders are accepted. Carton marks and packing lists are prepared per your warehouse requirements.
