What inspection standard applies to bulk production?

Inline checks during assembly plus pre-shipment inspection to AQL 2.5 for major defects and AQL 4.0 for minor defects. Inspection photos and a report are shared before the balance payment is settled.

How long is sampling and bulk lead time?

Sampling runs 3-7 days in our own sample room; allow 7-15 days when logo tooling or custom hardware moulds are needed. Bulk production is 35 days, reorder 25 days, both counted from deposit and approved sample.

Can several styles share one shipment?

Yes. Each style and colour starts at 100 pcs, and multiple styles can be consolidated into one sea or air shipment. We work on FOB or CIF terms and share loading photos before departure.
