Inline and final inspection follow AQL 2.5 for major defects and AQL 4.0 for minor defects. Stitching, handle attachment, lining alignment and contrast binding are checked during bulk inspection, with photo reports issued before cartoning.

What are the sampling and bulk lead times for custom logo orders?

Sampling takes 3-7 days from our in-house sample room. Custom logo or hardware tooling extends sampling to 7-15 days. Bulk production runs 35 days after sample approval, repeat orders 25 days. MOQ is 100 pcs per style per colour.

How are orders packed and shipped for export?

Each bag is poly-bagged with silica gel and packed in five-layer export cartons; carton marks follow buyer instruction. We ship FOB Shenzhen or Guangzhou by sea, air or express, and prepare packing list, invoice and B/L for clearance.
