Do you inspect every order before shipment, and to what AQL standard?

Bulk production runs through an in-house final inspection to AQL 2.5 for major defects and 4.0 for minor defects. Checks cover stitching, edge paint, hardware function and strap alignment; a photo report is issued before balance payment.

Can we customize body colour, edge paint and logo on this style?

Yes. Body colour is matched to your Pantone reference, edge paint and lining are specified separately, and the logo can be applied by embossing, metal plaque or woven label. MOQ is 100 pcs per style per colour; logo tooling extends sampling to 7-15 days.

What are the sampling and bulk lead times for a first order?

Sampling takes 3-7 days from our own sample room, or 7-15 days when logo or hardware tooling is required. Bulk production runs 35 days after sample approval and deposit, repeat orders 25 days. Payment is 30% deposit, 70% before shipment.
