Order MOQ is 100 pcs per style per colour. Pre-shipment inspection follows AQL 2.5 for major and 4.0 for minor defects, and we issue a written report with carton photos before shipment.

What are the sampling and bulk production lead times?

Samples ship in 3-7 days from our in-house sample room. Custom logo or new hardware tooling extends this to 7-15 days because moulds must be opened. Bulk production runs 35 days, and reorders 25 days.

How do you ship to EU and North America, and what are the payment terms?
