How long do sampling and bulk production take for custom logo orders?

Sampling takes 3-7 days from our in-house sample room; where a custom logo plate or hardware mould is required, 7-15 days. Bulk production runs 35 days after sample approval and deposit, and reorders take 25 days.

Can you handle shipping and consolidation to EU or US warehouses?

Yes. We quote FOB, CIF or DDP and work with forwarders for sea, air and rail. Cartons are export-standard with barcode labels; multiple styles can be consolidated in one shipment and third-party inspection is supported.
