What quality control standard applies to bulk production?

Bulk inspection follows AQL 2.5 for major defects and 4.0 for minor defects. Inspection records, carton marks and packing lists are issued before shipment release, and third-party inspection at your nominated agent is workable.

How long is sampling if we need a custom logo or hardware?

Standard samples ship in 3-7 days from our in-house sample room. Where a logo or hardware mould must be opened, sampling extends to 7-15 days because the mould is made and tested before the sample is assembled.

Can you consolidate mixed styles and colours for EU or US shipments?

Yes. Bulk orders are consolidated by style and colour with your shipping marks, then shipped by sea, air or express. Export documents are provided for customs clearance, and repeat orders run at 25 days.
