A structured zip-top tote in smooth PU, finished with a diagonal lattice quilt face and gold-tone chain handles wrapped in gathered PU. Built for private label and OEM programmes that need a clean, minimal silhouette which packs flat for export.

  • Diagonal lattice quilting keeps the panel taut and holds shape when loaded.
  • Gathered PU grip over a gold-tone chain; eyelets anchored into a reinforced top edge.

What QC standard applies, and how are defects handled after shipment?

Inspection follows AQL 2.5 for major and 4.0 for minor defects. A pre-production sample is approved before bulk runs, and a final inspection report with photos is issued before shipment; claims are then reviewed case by case against that report.

What are the sampling and bulk lead times when a custom logo mould is needed?

Sampling is 3-7 days from our in-house sample room; allow 7-15 days when a logo or hardware mould must be opened. Bulk production runs 35 days from deposit and approved sample, and reorders 25 days.

What payment terms and shipping methods do you use for export orders?

30% deposit and 70% before shipment. Goods ship FOB from Chinese ports by sea or air, samples by courier, and we can quote DDP once you confirm destination port, carton plan and Incoterms.
