What are your quality control standards for bulk quilted PU bags?

Final inspection follows AQL 2.5 for major defects and 4.0 for minor defects. Quilting alignment, stitch neatness, zip function, hardware finish and colour consistency against the approved swatch are checked before packing.

What is the sampling and bulk lead time if we need a custom logo?

Standard samples ship in 3-7 days from our in-house sample room. When logo tooling or custom hardware moulds are required, sampling extends to 7-15 days due to mould development. Bulk production is 35 days; repeat orders 25 days.

How are export orders shipped and paid?

Payment terms are 30% deposit and 70% before shipment. We ship by sea, air or express according to volume and destination, using your forwarder or ours, and carton marks and packaging can follow your importer requirements.
