What is your MOQ, and can you produce custom colours and logos?

MOQ is 100 pcs per style per colour. Custom logo options include metal plate, debossed patch and heat transfer; body colour matched to your Pantone reference. Samples take 3-7 working days, or 7-15 working days when logo tooling or custom hardware moulds are required.

How do you control quality before shipment?

Pre-production samples are approved before bulk starts. In-line checks run during production and a final inspection follows AQL 2.5 for major defects and 4.0 for minor defects. Third-party inspection is welcome.

What are the bulk lead times and payment terms?

Bulk production is 35 days including material preparation; repeat orders 25 days. Payment is 30% deposit with the 70% balance before shipment. Shipping arranged by sea, air or courier with packing list before dispatch.
