What is your MOQ, and can the frayed applique pattern be customised?

MOQ is 100 pcs per style per colour. We can adjust the applique layout, colour and canvas wash to your design. Custom logo or hardware tooling extends sampling to 7-15 days.

How is fraying and stitching quality controlled on applique panels?

Applique panels are checked in-line before assembly. Finished goods follow AQL 2.5 for major defects and AQL 4.0 for minor defects, with fray-edge and seam inspection on every batch.

What are the sampling and bulk lead times, and how is shipping arranged?

Sampling takes 3-7 days in our in-house sample room, or 7-15 days if logo tooling is needed. Bulk production takes 35 days and repeat orders 25 days. Sea and air freight quotes are issued with the PI; 30% deposit, 70% before shipment.
