Our ISO 9001 certificate is in its renewal audit. The new scan goes up here as soon as it is issued — ask us in the meantime and we send the current document.

What it is
ISO 9001 sets out how an organisation manages quality: how production is planned, how incoming materials are checked, how inspection results are recorded, how problems are corrected and how the system itself is reviewed. Certification is granted by an accredited body after a documented audit, and re-audited on a fixed cycle.
