What inspection standard applies to bulk mesh hobo bag orders?

Every lot is checked against AQL 2.5 for major defects and 4.0 for minor defects. In-line checks cover stripe alignment, top-edge binding, strap anchor stitching, hardware plating and plaque fixing; a final inspection report is issued before packing.

How long are sampling and bulk production for this striped hobo?

Sampling takes 3-7 days from our in-house sample room; if a custom logo mould or bespoke hardware is required, allow 7-15 days for tooling. Bulk production runs 35 days after sample approval, and repeat orders 25 days.

How are the mesh body and gold plaque protected during export shipping?

Each bag is polybagged with a protective film over the plaque, then packed in a reinforced export carton. We ship FOB, CIF or by express according to your forwarder, and supply packing list, invoice and inspection report for customs clearance.
