What inspection standard applies to bulk production, and how are defects handled?

Finished goods are checked against AQL 2.5 for major defects and 4.0 for minor defects. In-line checks run during bulk production and before packing; the final inspection report ships with the packing list. Lots failing inspection are reworked before release, not shipped as is.

How long do sampling and bulk lead times run when custom logo tooling is involved?

Sampling takes 3-7 days from our in-house sample room. Where logo tooling or custom hardware molds are required, add 7-15 days for the mold work. Bulk production is 35 days including material preparation; repeat orders on the same specification run 25 days.

Which shipping terms and packing options do you support for EU and US importers?

EXW, FOB and CIF are all available, by sea LCL or FCL, air freight, or express for samples. Standard export cartons with polybag and desiccant can be swapped for custom hang tags, dust bags or gift boxes; packing marks follow the buyer's artwork.
