Sampling runs 3-7 days from our in-house sample room, extended to 7-15 days when logo tooling or custom hardware moulds are required. Bulk lead time is 35 days after approval, reorder 25 days.

How do you handle export packing and shipping for EU or US orders?

Each bag is polybagged with desiccant and packed in export cartons with a packing list. We ship FOB or CIF by air, LCL or full container, with documents including invoice, packing list and B/L.
