Part of the "Vintage Woven" & Daisy Charm Series, model 57165A pairs a diamond woven-embossed PU body with a smooth top panel and a gold O-ring front tab; the daisy charm is a detachable accessory.

What inspection standard applies to bulk production?

In-house QC runs on every order against AQL 2.5 for major defects and 4.0 for minor defects. Third-party inspection at your nominated agency is welcome before shipment, and pre-production samples are signed off before bulk starts.

How long are sampling and bulk lead times?

Sampling takes 3-7 days from our own sample room; allow 7-15 days when a custom logo mould or hardware tool must be opened. Bulk production runs 35 days, repeat orders 25 days, from deposit and approved sample.

How is the logo applied and how are goods packed for export?

Logos are applied by debossed plate, foil stamp or metal plaque, quoted at 100 pcs per style per colour. Each unit is polybagged with desiccant, packed in export cartons; payment is 30% deposit, 70% before shipment.
