MOQ is 100 pcs per style per colour, so each colour is produced as its own run. Multiple colours can be consolidated into one shipment once all runs are complete.

How long are sampling and bulk production for custom logo orders?

Sampling takes 3-7 days from our in-house sample room. If your logo or hardware requires a new mold, allow 7-15 days. Bulk is 35 days, reorders 25 days; 30% deposit, 70% before shipment.

What quality standard applies, and how are goods shipped to the EU or US?

Inspection follows AQL 2.5 for major and 4.0 for minor defects, with in-line and pre-shipment checks; third-party inspection is welcome. Export cartons ship FOB by sea or air.
