Each lot is inspected to AQL 2.5 for major defects and 4.0 for minor defects. Hardware colour, edge paint, stitching and strap function are checked against the approved golden sample; third-party inspection is welcome before packing.

How long do sampling and bulk production take for custom logo orders?

Stock-colour samples ship in 3-7 days from our in-house sample room. When a custom logo needs a new mould or bespoke hardware, sampling extends to 7-15 days for tooling. Bulk production runs 35 days after sign-off, reorders 25 days.

What are the payment terms and shipping arrangements for a first order?

30% deposit with order, 70% before shipment. Each style and colour carries an MOQ of 100 pcs, and mixed styles can be consolidated into one carton plan. We ship EXW or FOB, with carton marks and packing list issued before dispatch.
