What quality control standard do you apply to bulk production?

We inspect against AQL 2.5 for major defects and 4.0 for minor defects, with in-line checks on panel alignment, seam strength and hardware plating, plus a final inspection on packed cartons. Colour is matched to the approved lab dip before cutting.

How long do sampling and bulk production take?

Sampling takes 3-7 days from our in-house sample room; allow 7-15 days when a custom logo or hardware mould is required. Bulk production runs 35 days after approval, repeat orders 25 days. Payment is 30% deposit, 70% before shipment.
