How do you control quality before shipment on bulk orders?

Every order is checked to AQL 2.5 for major defects and 4.0 for minor defects before packing. Pre-production samples are approved by you first, and inspection photos plus a packing list are shared before shipment.

What are your sampling and bulk production lead times?

Sampling takes 3-7 days from our own sample room. If your logo or hardware requires a new mould, sampling takes 7-15 days. Bulk production runs 35 days after deposit and sample approval; reorders take 25 days.

How do you ship bulk orders, and can we use our own forwarder?

We quote FOB, CIF or DDP and ship by sea, air or courier depending on volume and schedule. We can work with your nominated forwarder or arrange consolidation, export documents and carton marking.
