What quality control standard applies to your bulk production?

Inline and final inspection follow AQL 2.5 for major defects and 4.0 for minor defects. We check plating adhesion, stitching consistency, strap pull strength and drawstring cord anchoring before packing.

What are your sampling and mass production lead times?

Sampling takes 3-7 days in our in-house sample room; 7-15 days when logo tooling or custom hardware moulds are required. Bulk production runs 35 days after deposit, repeat orders 25 days. Payment is 30% deposit, 70% before shipment.

How do you handle export packing and international shipping?

Each bag is polybagged with desiccant and silica gel, packed in export cartons with size marks. We ship FOB Shenzhen or Ningbo by sea or air, and support third-party inspection before container loading.
