AQL 2.5 for major defects and 4.0 for minor defects. Cut-out alignment, stud seating and edge paint are checked piece by piece before packing, and bulk inspection reports are shared with buyers.

Sampling takes 3-7 days from our in-house sample room, and 7-15 days when logo tooling or custom hardware moulds are needed. Bulk production runs 35 days; repeat orders run 25 days.

Can you ship to EU and US warehouses, and how are cut-out panels packed?

Yes. We ship FOB or to nominated forwarders. Each unit is tissue-wrapped and polybagged with desiccant, master cartons are export grade, and we issue packing lists and commercial invoices for clearance.
