What inspection standard do you apply before shipment?

Every order is checked to AQL 2.5 for major and 4.0 for minor defects before packing. We provide per-colourway measurement reports and inspection photos, and third-party inspection at your nominated lab is welcome during bulk production.

How fast is sampling, and what is your bulk lead time?

Sampling runs 3-7 days from our in-house sample room; custom logo embossing or metal hardware tooling extends it to 7-15 days because moulds must be cut. Bulk production is 35 days after approval, repeat orders 25 days.

Can you ship to EU or US buyers and prepare export documents?

Yes. We ship FOB or on your forwarder account by sea, air or express. Commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin are prepared for EU and US clearance; freight terms are fixed at quotation.
