How do you control quality on mesh bodies and PU trim?

Inspection follows AQL 2.5 for major and 4.0 for minor defects. We check mesh tension, stripe alignment, PU binding stitching and hardware pull strength, and a signed pre-production sample is the reference for bulk production.

What are sampling and bulk lead times for custom logo mesh totes?

Samples take 3-7 days from our in-house sample room, extended to 7-15 days where logo tooling or custom hardware moulds are required. Bulk production runs 35 days and repeat orders 25 days, on 30% deposit and 70% before shipment.

Can one order mix several colourways and how do you ship?

Colourways can be combined as long as each style and colour meets MOQ 100 pcs, then consolidated into one shipment. We arrange sea LCL or FCL and air freight, quoted EXW, FOB or CIF against your destination port.
