What quality control standard do you apply to bulk production?

In-line and pre-shipment inspection follow AQL 2.5 for major defects and 4.0 for minor defects, covering stitching, hardware function, symmetry and colour consistency against your approved sample. Third-party inspection is welcome before shipment.

What are the sampling and bulk lead times with a custom logo?

Sampling takes 3-7 days with our in-house sample room; when logo tooling or custom hardware molds are involved it extends to 7-15 days. Bulk production is 35 days, repeat orders 25 days, 30% deposit and 70% before shipment.

How do you pack bulk orders and arrange international shipment?

Each bag is polybagged with desiccant and packed in export master cartons with your carton marks. Air, sea and courier shipments go through your forwarder or our freight partners; EXW or FOB terms are confirmed per order.
