What is your MOQ, and can a single order mix colours and logo versions?

MOQ is 100 pcs per style per colour. Each colour counts as a separate line, so two colours mean two lines at 100 pcs each. Logo versions can be mixed within one colour line as long as the hardware spec stays the same.

How long are sampling and bulk production if we add a custom logo?

Sampling runs 3-7 days with our in-house sample room. New logo tooling or custom hardware moulds push sampling to 7-15 days. Bulk production is 35 days including material preparation; reorders run 25 days.

What inspection standard is applied before shipment?

We work to AQL 2.5 for major defects and 4.0 for minor defects, with in-line checks and a final inspection before packing. Third-party inspection at your nominated agency is welcome and can be booked before the shipment date.
