What is your MOQ, and does it apply per colourway?

MOQ is 100 pcs per style per colour, so each colourway is counted separately. Sampling takes 3-7 days from our in-house sample room; 7-15 days when a custom logo mould or hardware tooling is required.

How are bulk lead times scheduled after sample approval?

Bulk production runs 35 days from deposit and material confirmation, and repeat orders on confirmed specs take 25 days. Payment is 30% deposit with 70% before shipment; inspection is arranged before dispatch.

Which quality standard and shipping terms do you work to?

Inspection follows AQL 2.5 for major defects and 4.0 for minor defects, with in-line and pre-shipment checks. We ship FOB or EXW; air and sea consolidation can be arranged with your forwarder or ours.
