What is your MOQ, and can we customise the webbing stripe and logo?

MOQ is 100 pcs per style per colour. Custom webbing stripe, lining, shell colour and logo are all available; orders requiring logo or hardware tooling add 7-15 days to the sampling stage.

How long do sampling and bulk production take for a private label order?

Samples run 3-7 days from our in-house sample room, or 7-15 days when logo or hardware moulds are needed. Bulk production is 35 days, reorders 25 days. Payment: 30% deposit, 70% before shipment.

Which QC standard do you apply, and how are export shipments handled?

In-line and final inspections follow AQL 2.5 for major and 4.0 for minor defects, completed before packing. We arrange sea, air and express shipping with full export documentation.
