What is your MOQ and can we mix colours in one order?

MOQ is 100 pcs per style per colour. A single style run cannot be split across colours, but one purchase order may cover several styles.

How long for samples and bulk production, including custom logo tooling?

Sampling takes 3-7 days from our in-house sample room; where logo or custom hardware tooling is needed, 7-15 days. Bulk production runs 35 days, repeat orders 25 days.

What inspection standard applies before shipment?

Pre-shipment inspection follows AQL 2.5 for major defects and 4.0 for minor defects. Inspection records and photos are shared before the balance payment is released.
