Style 57242 is a soft-body hobo from the Amber Saddlery series, developed for private label programmes that need a two-tone, contrast-stitch look in smooth PU.

What inspection standard applies before shipment?

Bulk inspection follows AQL 2.5 for major defects and AQL 4.0 for minor defects on sampling plans agreed at order confirmation. Stitch density, hardware pull strength, strap attachment and colour consistency against the approved swatch are checked on every lot.

How long are sampling and bulk lead times?

Sampling is 3-7 days from the in-house sample room. Custom logo tooling or bespoke hardware extends this to 7-15 days because a mould has to be cut. Bulk production is 35 days after sign-off, repeat orders 25 days. Payment is 30% deposit, 70% before shipment.

How is cross-border shipping handled?

We ship FOB from China and can quote CIF or door delivery via forwarder. Each unit is poly-bagged with desiccant, packed in export cartons with your shipping marks. Sea, air and rail options are quoted against order volume; full document sets are issued for customs clearance.
